One flag to action: Confirm whether Google AdSense is actually running on the site before publishing. If it's not, Section 9 should be trimmed down to just Google Analytics. Using a lawyer to review these legal documents before publishing is also worth considering — this is a clean update, but I'm not a legal professional.
