Meet Your Presenter:
Steve Ross
Steve used to be an unknown, broke horse trainer who had good skill, but a broken business. Today, he is a world-renowned announcer and horse business lifer. Some say, you could pick a random spot on a world map, and Steve would have a profitable business in less than a year. Discover his proven process to becoming a profitable horse trainer in this free workshop!

I’ve been successful in building steady lesson programs putting clients on my own horses, but I’d like to move into more promoting my own horses and drawing in clients who own their own horses/ desire to be competitive as riders. How can I best do this?
We don’t need the business to pay our bills. We just want to allow my husband to do what he loves without paying for someone else’s hobby. With rising costs of EVERYTHING, the business is no longer breaking even.
I would like to learn how to match the right home with the right horse and not drown in debt
I'd like to learn how to create passive income, attract better clients and be deeper involved in my part of the industry
I want to learn a more effective way to increase client numbers.
I want to know how to be able to bring in consistent money to raise my three kids. I raise quarter horses, I would like to be able to make enough to buy some high named horses for my program along with being able to have extra to live on. I’m just now trying to get my website done and up. I also raise mini Aussies on the side to bring money in. Just being able to have extra knowledge on the business and how to make it work.
I want to learn how to make my business work for me. For years I’ve struggled with increasing my rates and always believed I needed to ride more horses to make more money. However, I’m not getting any younger and would like to find a way to take fewer, higher quality horses so that I can focus on quality over quantity. Also, determine what I need to make my business sustainable and successful.
I am trying to transition from a one on one teaching/training model to creating online courses. I get stuck on my offers. I’m trying to at least conceptually figure out what to teach in the different tiers. The high tier coaching I have a mindset issue.
I’ve ridden a lot of horses, and have been successful.About the time my customer base seems that’s stable, people cycle out and it seems I have to start over. It’s either feast or famine.Tired of the drain.
I want to learn how to make passive income while I am training barrel horses and starting colts. I would also want to learn how to market my business to be able to attract the bigger more consistent clients.
Getting started. How to quit my warehouse job & working from the ranch full time & so be able to pay the bills.
How to keep consistent clients throughout the year.
How do you find your niche in the horse world and then make a profit from it?
Looking forward to this Steve. I’m struggling jumbling nonpros needs while still having time to train my open horses. I’m not sure I’m charging enough for lessons and coaching as it takes so much more time than training open horses. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the matter as I’m not alone with this problem in our industry. Best Nic
I already have a pretty set up therapy business but I work ALOT im mobile and would like to get clients to come to me
How to bring in more clients
How to get steady clients, maybe eventually quitting my primary job and working from the farm full time
How to make money starting and training horses?
Finding consistent invested clients
My husband trained horses and had a very good business but I think we always ended up in the hole every month. He was killed in 2005 on a colt. I finished the horses we had and never got back into training so I will be starting a new!
