By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Overview

The Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind is a comprehensive mentorship and implementation program designed to help horse trainers build profitable, freedom-first businesses. The program includes access to the Equine Entrepreneur Masterclass 2.0, Train To Sell Mastery, all future training additions, a private community, weekly live group mentorship calls with Steve Ross, quarterly virtual workshops, and a full library of business tools, templates, and resources.

2. Program Goals

The primary goal of the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind is to provide horse trainers with the mentorship, frameworks, and tools needed to build a sustainable and profitable equine business. While every effort is made to provide valuable guidance and support, individual results will vary and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active interest in horse training and business development. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Registration and Payment

To secure your enrollment, you must complete the registration process and submit payment as specified. Two payment options are available:

Annual Payment: A single payment grants you immediate, lifetime access to all program materials, the private community, and ongoing resources — with no future renewal fees required.

Monthly Installment Plan: Monthly payments are made over 12 months. Lifetime access is granted upon completion of all 12 monthly payments. You may cancel future payments at any time after the first 3 months; however, lifetime access will not be retained unless all 12 payments are completed.

Payment details and current pricing will be provided during the enrollment process.

5. Program Access

Once your registration and payment have been successfully processed, you will gain access to the program materials, including the member's area, private community, and weekly collaboration calls.

Annual members receive lifetime access beginning on the date of enrollment.

Monthly members receive access for the duration of active payments. Lifetime access is granted upon completion of all 12 monthly payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, resources, and content provided as part of the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials without prior written consent from Steve Ross Academy.

7. Confidentiality

During your participation in the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind, you may gain access to confidential information shared by other participants. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared within the program's private community or during collaboration calls, and to refrain from disclosing any personal or proprietary information outside the program.

8. Code of Conduct

As a member of the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind, you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Treat fellow participants, program administrators, and staff with courtesy and kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

15-Day Ease of Mind Guarantee: Your purchase is protected by a 15-day guarantee from the date of enrollment. If within the first 15 days you decide the Mastermind is not the right fit, simply contact us and we will provide a full refund of your investment — no hassle, no hard feelings.

Monthly Plan — 3-Month Love It or Leave It Guarantee: When enrolled on the monthly plan, you are committing to the first 3 months only. After 3 months, you may cancel future payments at any time. Please note: canceling payments before completing all 12 months means lifetime access will not be retained. No refunds will be issued for payments already made outside of the 15-day Ease of Mind Guarantee window.

Outside of these guarantees, all sales are final.

10. Program Modifications

The Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind program may be updated, improved, or modified over time. Program administrators reserve the right to make changes to the program structure, curriculum, content, or any other aspect without prior notice, with the goal of continually improving the member experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind and its administrators shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the program. You accept full responsibility for the actions and decisions you make while implementing the program's teachings.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or related to the Equine Entrepreneur Mastermind shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
