REDESIGN TO WIN CHALLENGE Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions policy ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you, the student, and Steve Ross Academy ("the Academy"). It governs your participation in the Redesign To Win Challenge online course ("the Course"). Please read this Agreement carefully. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Section 1 - Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Course, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not enroll in the Course.

Section 2 - Course Access

Upon enrollment, you will have access to the Course materials. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without the express written permission of the Academy. To participate in the Course, you will need access to the internet and a device capable of receiving emails, SMS messages, and video content.

Section 3 - Student Expectations and Obligations

As a student, you are expected to complete daily action steps and adhere to the Academy's honor code. If you complete the Course within the 10-day timeframe, you may be eligible to receive a refund of your $100 investment.

Section 4 - Payment Terms

Payment for the Course is due at the time of enrollment. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined at the time of purchase. Failure to make payment may result in termination of access to the Course.

Section 5 - Refund Policy

If you complete the Course within the 10-day timeframe, you may request a refund of your $100 investment. If you do not complete the Course within this timeframe, you forfeit your investment and will be removed from the Course.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

The Academy is not liable for any issues that may arise from your use of the Course. The Course is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

Section 9 - Termination of Access

If you fail to make payment, do not meet the student expectations, or violate the norms of conduct or confidentiality, your access to the Course may be terminated.

Section 10 - Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration before any other remedies are sought. The jurisdiction for any disputes is Arizona, USA.

Conclusion
