For a long time I didn't have a clear vision for my business. All I had was a hope that "things will work out".

But, without a clear vision, I made bad decisions that resulted in building a business I didn't like. In today's lesson, we're going to set a clear destination.

Even if you aren't sure what you want, YOU MUST SET A DESTINATION. This will help you get started. Then, later, if you choose to, you can shift the destination as needed.

NExt Steps

Write out your 12 month vision to set the course of your business. This doesn't need to be perfect right now, but it needs to be clear.

Use this framework to write your vision:
"My 12 month vision is to have a [type of horse business] business that makes me [insert financial goal], allows me to work [insert time goal], and [insert one big desire you have for the business]."
