Meet Your Presenter:
Steve Ross
Steve used to be an unknown, broke horse trainer who had good skill, but a broken business. Today, he is a world-renowned announcer and horse business lifer. Some say, you could pick a random spot on a world map, and Steve would have a profitable business in less than a year. Since his early 20s, he's flipped hundreds of horses at a profit and wants to show you how anyone can do it.
Missed the live presentation, how can I watch the replay. please?
I don't have a question at this time but would love to encourage everyone to listen to what Steve has to say. I took Steve's course and it works! Steve can't wave a magic wand over your and you're magically going to be successful but if you apply the fundamentals he lays out for you, it will transform the way you do business. I speak from experience. Thanks Steve for doing this!
What are the steps needed to properly prepare a horse for sale? How to take videos, pictures, ad descriptions, and dealing with people
How or where to go to advertise and get more customers to our events?
Any helpful hints
What is the best way to attract sponsors to my local/foundation/unrecognized level horse shows? The turnout is good-145 stalls reserved last weekend and 100 reserved for next weekend, but we currently have no sponsors…. Thank you-I have a blacksmith appointment during the live presentation, so I will be watching during the playback…
Pricing! Pricing is a big challenge. Knowing when to sell, take a low offer or keep training until you get your horse to a high value. But what if I lose money on maintenance and still can’t get people to pay high price. So I sell cheap and end up at a loss
Facebook no longer works Instagram ? What works
Reaching more people. Getting our product out in front of more people and the right people, that are actually looking for what we have.
How to get the price for what the horse is worth
How to effectively contact top buyers, trainers, competitors to purchase our young barrel horses and broodmare
How to prevent the tire kickers from wasting your time and blowing up your phone with constant questions, etc.
Selling started horses. My son pours himself and a lot of time into starting colts right. Unfortunately the general public ( horse buyer) doesn’t recognize the value and quality and time these horses now have. Most want something cheap or buy other horses that can do a “trick” like lay down but don’t ride on the correct lead. How can we sell these horses for what there worth?
How to better advertise and sell our stock
Do you need a camera or is your phone to capture the message
Advertising training and sales.
How to accurately price the horse once you've added value to it. And sell it to the right people for that price without lowering the price to move the horse.
How to determine horse cost and where to buy/sell?
Where to post, what's best to post, how often:) thx
